Do I need prior training experience?

Not at all. Both programs are designed to work for any experience level from complete beginners to experienced athletes. Your program is built around where you are right now.

What's the difference between online and private?

Online gives you a structured plan you follow on your own schedule with remote coach support. Private is in-person at Zero Gym in Perth with hands-on coaching in a small-group setting. Both are fully personalised to your goals.

How long is the program?

Program length is tailored to your goals. During your initial consultation, your Team Zero coach will outline a recommended timeline and what milestones to expect along the way.

What equipment do I need for the online program?

Your program is built around the equipment you already have access to whether that's a fully-equipped gym, a home setup, or minimal kit. Just let us know during the onboarding quiz and we'll design accordingly.

Can I switch from online to private later?

Yes. If your circumstances change, your Team Zero coach can transition you between formats while keeping all your progress and program history intact.

How much does it cost?
